Dianne Wiseman

My two great passions in life are fitness training and meditation

I have always regarded fitness training as one of the greatest gifts in my life, providing an incredible framework to build confidence, courage and move towards my dreams and goals.

Meditation has likewise been an anchor - a practice that kept me grounded amidst life’s challenges for 30 years. It was natural therefore to marry the two - and to share with others this effective and holistic journey to wellbeing.

As a personal trainer for 15 years, I have seen first-hand how my clients experience remarkable transformation as a result of training both body and mind in union. I’m passionate about helping others strive towards their goals and realise their dreams.

Dianne is a phenomenal trainer! I have been working with her for several years now to improve strength and injury prevention in my running. Dianne is the only trainer I have worked with who understands a runner’s biomechanics and the exercises needed for improvement. She takes a personal approach to each client and developed a program specifically for me and my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to spend time with.
